Feeling Young isn’t hard and here are a few tips to help you. You have decided to make sure you feel as good as you look and there are some very simple things you can do with your activity levels and your nutrition to keep you feeling young vibrant and energetic.

Walk you cares and spare tire away because as little as 30 minutes of cardio exercise each day guarantees improved health. Going for a run may not be your cup of tea but you should know that just about any activity counts toward your 30 minutes. The only criteria are you must get your heart rate up and increases your breathing. Some outdoor manual labor or walking the dog with a fast-paced stroll are all great ways to reach your daily 30. While doing it all at once will give you more benefit and makes your effort more efficient that may be a stretch so know that spreading your exercise out over the day is just as effective.
