Phoenix Arizona Gym Schedule

Click Here for the current schedule. We believe with the options below there should be no issue with getting in 12 classes a month.  You can come to as many classes as you like. (You are expected at a minimum of 3).

All first time visitors may try any group training program FREE with advanced notice. Participants must arrive 15 minutes early.

Class Descriptions

Cardio Playground: This class utilizes all forms of conditioning while keeping heart rate at a premium. The ultimate way to shed body fat while using circuits.

Cardio/Core/Circuits: Take Cardio Playground and smash it together with X-treme training and you feel comfortable enjoying your weekend after you crawl home.

Kick Box Cross Train: Take your stress out in this high intensity- safe environment where you can kick, hit, and beat the fat off your body and the stress out of your day.

Skillz and Drillz: Young men and women ages 13-18 learn how to add healthy fitness routines to their lives while performing the skills necessary to excel at any sport.

X-treme Conditioning: Strength, core and fundamental training are the main priority in this class. Come see what you are made of and learn to push yourself to the limit.
