Q. Where is the gym located?

A. First, please send an email to my staff at Support@ResultsOnly.com or swing by the facility to schedule a consultation. Whether you have ever been to a past training program of mine, you or your child is a former client or you are brand new to our family. .. the constant changes in training and programming guarantee you will achieve your goals.
Q. What should I expect at my first visit?
A. Let’s start by what not to expect. Don’t expect a hard sales pitch. We do not believe that anyone should be forced into long term contracts or being forced to stay at a place they do not want to exercise.
You are greeted, you fill out a little bit of necessary paperwork, given a small description of the class you will take, you are introduced to a mentor who will help you though your first class and off we go.
After class, you are given a schedule and you will come back soon. Knowing you enjoyed yourself we know you will be back. Once you join-
All members are required to maintain a minimum attendance at Results Only of at least 12 days per month, expected to be averaged out to 3 days per week. (Family vacations and business travel obligations will be dealt with on a case by case basis and must be discussed in advance of a trip or function).
A. Youth training is something we do in sessions. Creating a healthy environment where a child wants to exercise is the first priority. It should not be something a young person dreads. Spacing things out in sessions accomplishes that goal. Youth training any young man or woman in the 5th 6th 7th or 8th grade.
If you have questions on when the next session starts please email support @ resultsonly . com. Young adults in high school may be allowed to participate in adult training classes on a case by case basis.
If you have a teen of high school age, he/she is eligible for the regular class training schedule at a reduced rate. Please contact us for a trial session.
Q. Will there be walk in access to the gym?
A. Results Only is a membership only facility. You must have at least 2 out of the 3 workouts a week as group training classes. If you are a personal training client, this requirement will be waived. There is no walk in access however if there are personal training appointments going on and you want to do a workout on your own arrangements can be made. We realize that there will be days and weeks where you will have difficulties making it to class. Open training times will allow you to come in and train on your own and must be scheduled in advance. There is no fee for open training but there is also no specific instruction. We will have circuits available as well as iPods with workouts on it so you can borrow them and simply follow along.
Q. How will I pay for my membership?
A. Payment will be accepted numerous ways by cash, check or credit card. For those of you who like to have the credit card option – CLICK HERE TO REGISTER.
We require payment within the first 10 days of the month. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to take credit
cards other than automatic monthly billing payment .
Q. What makes the new gym “cool”?
A. No one else has garage doors to bring the outside in and the inside out. We are very excited to get more and more people involved and believe the group training environment will allow each of you to thrive. You will get personal attention but you will not pay a personal training price tag. You also get a solid boot camp style of training without the extreme temperature changes and the limited flexibility in training times. All students can attend any time slot that suits his/her needs.
Another one of the many reasons Results Only is considered cool is that we constantly push the envelope regarding up and coming trends. Whether you enjoy kettlebells, TRX, Jungle Gym’s or the Metabolic Circuit style of training, the staff at Results Only is constantly upgrading their education to teach new techniques so our clients achieve goals faster than any other gym in town.
Q. What is the schedule of classes?
A. Click HERE for the current schedule. We believe with the options we provide there should be no issue with getting in 12 classes a month. You can come to as many classes as you like. (You are expected at a minimum of 3).
Q. What about one-on-one personal training?
A. All new personal training clients are required to sign up for 8 initial sessions to be fulfilled in less than one month. This will allow for the ability to learn the ropes and eventually go out on your own.

Q. What if I want to bring somebody to try it first?
A. As you know we have always had an open door policy for first time users. Bring them in, at least 15 minutes early, give me some prior notice and their first class will be free.
Q. “Why are you offering an online coaching program? Why did you decide to offer it in this format?”
A. 21 years ago, I started Results Only. The first facility was in Washington, DC. About 7 years ago, I sold it and moved to Arizona. I have continued to work with my old clients in DC and new clients in Arizona. In 2008 I opened a new facility to continue to learn by working closely with clients. All the time I new was an untapped way to work with as many people as possible.
I have always had the website www.ResultsOnly.com. I use it to send out newsletters and for my online store, where I offer unique training devices and DVD’s. The next logical step is to utilize the Internet to help people train on their own if they cannot work with me in person. What I want to do is make sure that people get regular updates, workouts on a regular basis and good, concise information to help them change their bodies. To me, the important part is to have someone overseeing the program. Most people don’t necessarily need somebody to hold their hand.
Having an online coaching program ensures that all of my clients including you have access to me in some capacity, and access to all of the information I’ve used over the years with professional athletes, high-profile business people, actors and actresses. In short, I thought that there was a better way to train people and it was not being utilized to its full potential.
Q. What are the features of the program?
The very first feature is that the Catalyst Coaching site is not just Bobby Kelly. You’ll see there is a team of coaches. It will revolutionize the way internet training works.
The next thing I know makes Results Only different is there is no automated workout. Most internet training utilizes computer generated programs that are spit out by an algorithm programmed into a very impersonal system.
Yes, in the beginning we may set you up with a basic, no frills, “let’s get started” workout. Each and every month, you get new strength training and a BONUS cardiovascular routines directly to your inbox.
To be a little bit more specific, we will email a very specific, personalized program the first week of each month that people can utilize whether they are beginner, intermediate or advanced.
You will do this workout two to three days a week in the strength training area. I will also offer not one, but two BONUS cardiovascular workouts that will help with the cardiovascular side of training.
We also offer a different style of cardiovascular training. Over the years, I have used motivational techniques and music to keep my clients interested in classes. I did this to keep my clients interested while they were working out in the gym and do their thing.
You find out about the style I use. I blend and mix carefully chosen music with motivational techniques for your iPod or mP3 player. You find that cardiovascular training becomes easier. It doesn’t take as long and you’ll be able to see benefits much quicker in a shorter amount of time.
Another feature we have is an article library. Over the past 5 years, I have done many newsletters. We have archived all of them. We will offer both the newsletter articles we’ve done and the large ezine programs we’ve put together.
They will all be cataloged so you can find something that you may have seen in the past. Go find it. Start to use it and it is exclusive to you the members.
We have pictorial and video libraries of all the exercise. Right now, there are over 75 video exercises and over 150 pictorial exercises. People can go to the website, see how to start the movement and if there’s a middle movement or a finishing movement. They can learn exactly how to do each and every exercise.
You will have that as a permanent resource.
You may find that once you have started your personal path to fitness, you are able to create your own routines. You’ll utilize all the movements I have to help hit certain areas of your body you’d like to work on a little bit more often.
We have monthly workouts. We’ve got cardiovascular and strength training routines. We have a video library. We’ve got a pictorial library. We have an article library. We’ll also do tele-seminars with the coaches and special guests in the Catalyst Coaches Routine.
I am the kind of trainer who doesn’t like to sit still. If I come up with something new or if there is a better way to build a mousetrap, I’ll find it. I can promise you that my creativity never stops.

Q. How often will you conduct the teleseminars that you mentioned?
A. The tele-seminars are an important part of the program and are offered the first Wednesday of every month.
On the first Monday of the month, you receive an email with all of the information you need. You get direct access to download the monthly program.
You then have 24-48 hours to email us your questions. After that, we will have a tele-seminar that answers all of the questions.
I will spend the first 20 to 30 minutes answering the questions that were emailed in. Then I open up the lines for a Q&A portion of the tele-seminar. It lasts between 30 -60 minutes. You have the opportunity to speak with me one-on-one on the phone. You are able to ask me anything you want about the routine for the upcoming month.
The second tele-seminar is held two weeks later on the third Wednesday of the month. During that teleseminar, we discuss a specific topic or interview a special guest or one of the coaches.
Q. At the conclusion of the teleseminar, is the information available if a person is not able to make it at that specified time?
A. All of our tele-sminars are offered as a replay to members only and is uploaded to the website within 24-48 hours after the call. You have the ability to download seminars onto your iPod or MP3 player so you can listen to them if you’re not able to be there live.

Q. What if I have questions about my specific workout? How can I get answers to those questions?
A. We have created an area where you can not only ask me questions but it is a community. You have your own username and password. You’ll be able to share your success stories and ask me questions. I will log on regularly and participate in the comments section.
The forum and comments are not only for you to ask me questions, but there are a wide variety of people out there. Many times I find people do better when they start feeling like they have a team in their corner. They have people who are going through the same processes that they are going through. Social support is the #1 reason for sticking with a fitness program.
Use the forum and comment section as your conscience. It is the place you can find a partner. You can be in New York and this person could be in Chicago. You can log on every day and say, “Hey, did you get your workout done? How did you do with your program today?” It becomes a great support group.
The forum is a great place to open up, meet new people, learn new tricks of the trade and find out what your counterparts are doing. It’s an interactive way to get access to me. Most people wouldn’t be able to have that kind of access.
Q. How often is this video library updated?
A. Every time I send out a new workout, I will make sure that each and every move in the workout will be on the website in video or pictorial format or both.
The idea is if you are not sure what the name of the exercise is or exactly how to do it, you can find it there. Everybody can think back to school and physical education. You probably have a basic idea of how to do a pushup. Sometimes people forget. If you haven’t done fitness for a while, you might need a little refresher. That’s where it will be.
I want to make sure that every single workout has the proper movements and you have the ability to learn how to do them correctly. I plan on updating it as often as is necessary.
Q. What is the best way for a new member to utilize all the benefits of the program?
A. Depending on what your level is now, the first thing you need to do is make a commitment to yourself.
You need to have a mental picture of what it is that you want to achieve. What is your personal goal? Do you need to lose a few pounds? Do you need to get stronger? Do you need to just feel better?
Do you need to have more energy? Get specific.
Make a commitment to yourself that this is something you will set your mind to and begin to work on. Fitness is something some people have difficultly with getting started. The whole idea of the Results Only Catalyst Coaching website is to make that transition easier.
