Power Transformation Progress!

Monday, February 26th, 2007

My, how time flies!

We are finalizing the finishing touches on the initial launch of the membership area.  I don’t want to say too much too soon, but after reviewing the responses to our online survey, I think we’ve hit the nail on the head.  I am confident that you will not want to miss the products, articles and exercise moves we’ve created in this one-of-a-kind membership area.

Why am I keeping the suspense so high?  Well, when you have been a trainer as long as I have, I know the value of making people want something so bad they can taste it.  Whether it is a tight set of six pack abs, a 6 minute mile, or just to drop a few of the holiday pounds…the less I tell you the more you will want to know when I get the info to you.  So you just have to wait a few more days.

Enough about that . . . for now . . .

Many of you have written to find out how the transformation participants are doing.  We really appreciate your interest and I will pass on your well wishes and support!

Most are between two and three weeks into it.  (We had a little delay in getting everyone their supplementation.  So some people had to start a little later.)  Many of our clients are throwing out clothes by the garbage bag full.

It is amazing to see the weight fall off of them and the energy they have due to proper nutrition and ensuring their bodies are working at such a high level.  I am really training them harder than I ever have before and they are stepping up nicely.  It probably helps that many of them never want to see their before pictures without the after picture right next to it.

This is also a crazy time for me as a coach.  I have two lacrosse teams fighting for undefeated seasons.  One team is in its first year, breaking ground in a new sport for most of them.  And the golf team is defending its 28 straight years as conference champion.

Not bad for a bunch of athletes mostly under the age of 20.  I will keep you posted on their progress as well.  I might even interview a couple of them or include a picture or two in upcoming newsletters.

Today I felt I should tackle a follow-up discussion regarding the high intensity article from last week.  You see, I filled everyone in on how to do great cardio.  But there is another component that should be addressed.

When?

Enjoy the article and keep your eyes peeled in a couple of days.  You will be thrilled with the info you are about to receive!

Better Bodies = Better Results
