There is a certain belief one must have if they are to be so bold as to name a program Results Only or Catalyst Coaching. Take a look at the dictionaries definition of the words Result and Catalyst.
re·sult /[ri-zuhlt] –verb -to spring, arise, or proceed as a consequence of actions, circumstances: to be the outcome-get results, to obtain a notable or successful response: be effective
cat·a·lyst / [kat-l-ist]–noun -something that causes activity between two or more persons or forces-a person whose talk, enthusiasm, or energy causes others to be more friendly, enthusiastic, or energetic
This is the core of what Results Only does. We started as a fitness facility in the early 90’s. We trained thousands of people to better themselves through our training and technique. Over the years the program evolved through our programming to change bodies AND minds.
We understand they go hand in hand and if we can transform one’s mindset into an extraordinary tool then there is nothing that cannot be accomplished.
Results Only is committed to helping any individual who desires to make a positive change.
We have the tools, programming, and expertise to help those who are ready to help themselves.
Excellence is something to achieve, not just aspire to get.
BOBBY KELLY
Over the past 15 years Bobby Kelly has made it his career to change the fitness industry in a positive way every time he undertakes a new project. Since the early days of training as an athlete and fitness instructor at the University of Maryland, College Park, Bobby has taken his passion for coaching and working with people to a level not reached by many in the fitness profession.
After earning his degree, he set his sites on teaching not only his clients but trainers and instructors all over the world. As a pioneer in the trends of Kickboxing, Circuit Training, and Treadmill Conditioning, Bobby is a Continuing Education provider for numerous organizations and traveled both nationally and internationally before settling down in the suburbs of Washington D.C. and opening Results Only. D.C. has its fair share of hackers and Bobby began training more than a few individuals in golf. He also began training a number of college and professional golfers to add a general fitness component to their routines.
After a successful career as a gym owner, Bobby sold his business and retired to Paradise Valley, Arizona. Here he found his passion for golf. Arizona is arguably the Mecca of all things golf and after purchasing a set of clubs he set out to find the best instruction. In just 16 months Bobby dropped his handicap from a 25 to 6.9 and currently holds a 5.4 USGA handicap. It was soon obvious that the reason for the rapid descent from a hacker to a respectable player was his years as a fitness professional so Bobby set out to rewrite golf training just like he had in so many areas of fitness in the years before.
Bobby has been interviewed, featured, and utilized as an expert advisor on CNN, Fox News, ABC, NBC, and CBS as well as local affiliate stations in numerous markets. He has been interviewed or featured as an expert in The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, Arizona Republic, GolfWorld, GolfOnline, The Washingtonian, and Prevention Magazine to name just a few. He has had the luxury to train and work with people from all walks of life including elite athletes, CEO’s of Fortune 500 Companies, to the Department of Commerce, and the President of the United States.
The best thing about learning from Bobby is that not only does he know first hand the frustration of taking up golf later in life, but he knows the success of hard work, determination and persistence does pay off. He makes you feel comfortable with his just the facts style and he knows when to crack the whip or make you laugh. It has been said that,
“Working with Bobby Kelly is like riding a roller coaster. You enjoy all the highs and lows, while screaming all the way through; just to get on line and do it again.”
