Walk you cares and spare tire away because as little as 30 minutes of cardio exercise each day guarantees improved health. Unfortunately this colorful option make up about 3 percent of the average American’s fruit and veggie intake, so you have to work a little harder than average.
Almonds should become a snack of choice. The Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry performed a study that showed one ounce of almonds provides as many flavonoids— the ingredient that fights free radicals and reduces inflammation—as a one cup serving of broccoli or a cup of green tea. So make that handful about 24 almonds go the distance for you.
As we age we all could use a little more fiber in our diets so add these three fruits to your daily intake: pears, raspberries, and apples. Each can supply over 3 grams of fiber per serving.

For over 175 people in the study the research showed those who ate the most vegetables, legumes and olive oil had the decreased levels of skin wrinkling. The thought is antioxidants inhibited a portion of free-radical damage (some caused by the sun’s UV rays) that accelerates skin aging.
